Stalin's limousine was stolen in Moscow

Ultra-rare ZIS one of the most expensive cars ever built in the USSR was stolen. The first armored Soviet car, the ZIS 115, was owned by Joseph Stalin and is estimated at about 2.5 million euros. The limousine was used by the General Secretary of the Communist party of the Soviet Union in 1949.

The car was in a garage in the North of Moscow. On the night of December 26-27, a group of six thieves entered the garage, lifted the car onto the tow truck platform, and disappeared with the precious cargo. Everything was captured by surveillance cameras. The video has already been transmitted and processed by the authorities, who have launched an investigation, according to the Russian press.

Today, the car belongs to Russian oligarch Ruslan Tarpan, who is currently under house arrest. He received a notification on his mobile phone that said the car had been moved from the location. Tarpan asked a friend to go check, but he found the garage empty.
